Cookie Policy

Last Updated: March 12, 2026

This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal data more broadly. This page explains what cookies are, how tojmirhel uses them, and how you can manage your preferences.

1) What cookies are (and what they are not)

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They help a site remember your actions and preferences over time—for example, whether you have already set your cookie choices. Cookies can be “session” cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (kept for a longer period).

Cookies are not programs and cannot access other files on your device. They also do not provide us with access to your device. In addition to cookies, websites may use similar technologies such as pixel tags and server-side event logging. When this policy refers to “cookies,” it also includes those similar technologies where relevant.

Cookies can be first-party (set by this website) or third-party (set by a service provider such as analytics or advertising platforms, when those tools are enabled by your preferences).

2) How we use cookies on tojmirhel

The tojmirhel website supports an online course focused on consumer electronics sales and retail skills. Cookies help us keep the site functional, understand which pages are useful, and (if you choose) measure advertising performance so we can improve our messaging without guessing.

We group cookies into three categories. Essential cookies are always active because the site cannot operate properly without them. Analytics and Marketing cookies are optional and require your consent. You can choose your preferences using the cookie banner and later update them using the “Manage cookie preferences” link in the footer.

3) Cookie categories

A. Essential cookies (always on)

Essential cookies are required for core site functionality and security. They keep basic sessions stable and store your cookie consent selection so we can respect it. Because they are necessary for the website to function, they do not require consent.

  • Session continuity: supports navigation and basic site stability during your visit.
  • Consent storage: remembers whether you accepted, rejected, or customized optional cookies.
  • Security signals: helps reduce abuse and maintain safe form submissions.

B. Analytics cookies (optional)

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site—such as which pages are read most often and how people move between sections like Curriculum, Registration, and Contact. This information helps us improve content structure (for example, making product comparison modules easier to find) and reduce friction.

When enabled, we may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configured to reduce unnecessary data collection, including IP anonymization where available. Analytics cookies are activated only after you grant consent in the cookie banner or cookie preferences panel.

C. Marketing cookies (optional)

Marketing cookies help us measure the performance of ads and show relevant messages to people who have visited this website. They can support conversion attribution (for example, knowing whether a Registration request was initiated after an ad click) and remarketing (for example, showing a reminder about the Curriculum page).

Marketing cookies are optional. They only activate after you provide consent. If you reject marketing cookies, the site still works; you simply receive less tailored advertising and we have fewer measurement signals.

4) Cookie table

The table below lists cookies commonly associated with the categories described above. Some cookies may appear only if you enable a category and only if the related service is active on your device and browser.

Name Purpose Category Type Retention
_site_session Site session continuity Essential First-party Session
cookie_consent Stores your consent choice Essential First-party 12 months
_ga GA4 user identifier Analytics Third-party 2 years
_ga_XXXXXXXXXX GA4 session state (10-char GA4 ID) Analytics Third-party 2 years
_gcl_au Google Ads conversion linker Marketing Third-party 90 days
_fbp Meta Pixel browser identifier Marketing Third-party 90 days
_fbc Meta Pixel click identifier Marketing Third-party 90 days

Note: Cookie names and retention may vary based on provider updates and your browser settings. The categories (Essential, Analytics, Marketing) remain the same and match our consent controls.

5) Third-party providers

If you enable optional categories, cookies may be set or read by third-party providers. These providers process data under their own policies and contractual terms, and they provide tools that help us understand website usage and measure advertising effectiveness.

  • Google LLC: analytics and advertising measurement tools (including GA4 and Google Ads-related cookies).
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: advertising measurement and remarketing tools (including Meta Pixel-related cookies).
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery and security services that may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses) for protection and performance.

We do not permit these providers to use site data for their own independent commercial purposes. Where optional tools are involved, they will not activate until you consent through our cookie controls.

6) Managing your cookie preferences

You can manage cookies in three ways:

  • Use our on-site controls: open the cookie banner and choose Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences. You can reopen the banner any time via “Manage cookie preferences” in the footer.
  • Use your browser settings: most browsers allow you to delete cookies and block cookies by site. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site may not function correctly.
  • Provider opt-outs: you can use provider tools to control advertising and analytics. Examples include Google Analytics opt-out, Google Ads settings, Meta ad preferences, and Your Online Choices (EU).

If you withdraw consent for Analytics or Marketing cookies, we stop using those categories going forward. This does not affect processing that occurred before you changed your settings.

7) Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our website features. If we make material changes, we will post an updated version here. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
